Go beyond a typical yoga class. Do more than just stretch or try yet another meditation that isn’t designed to work with your brain or what’s happening in your life right now. With private sessions consisting of somatic work, I’ll craft specific yoga sequences, meditations, or other somatic releasing to help you regulate your nervous system and feel at home in your body and mind.

During the call, we’ll discuss your specific needs and what you hope to achieve. My services are not a substitute for a medical professional. I will be clear in what I can and cannot do. But I will support you to the best of my ability and with your goals in mind.
What Do I Offer?
Yoga – My specialties are in yoga for bodies that bend too much and bodies that don’t bend much at all. I work with chair and adaptive yoga poses, yin and restorative yoga. Don’t expect “hot yoga” or fast-paced yoga.
Meditation – While I do work with traditional breath awareness meditation and loving kindness (metta) meditation, I can also help with pranayama (yogic breathing), yoga nidra, guided meditation, as well as helping meditation work for your brain, even if you have trouble focusing or are neurodivergent. My meditation work is trauma-informed.
