Chair or Adaptive Yoga

Chair or Adaptive yoga is designed to help you feel the spirit of the pose while being safe and secure. It’s not just for those with mobility or flexibility issues; anyone can do chair and adaptive yoga. You may find that depending on how you feel or what your goals are, you’ll prefer different styles of yoga for different times.

Any yoga can be done in a chair or adapted. It is the spirit of the pose, not just the arrangement of your body.

All you need is a chair preferably without arms that is sturdy. In a private session we’ll either go through a flow or work with you on specific needs; you get to decide.
