June 2026 Neurodivergent Grief Circle
On the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 2pm to 3:30 pm Central Time (US) we’ll gather and support one another. Living as a neurodivergent individual in this world isn’t easy, and there often is grief associated with diagnosis and daily living. Each meeting will begin with a short talk and reading, and then the floor will be opened for individuals to share/ask questions as they desire and we’ll discuss navigating the process of grief while also being neurodivergent.
This circle is for anyone who is under the large umbrella of neurodivergent, which includes both self-identified as well as diagnosed individuals. We welcome anyone who is considered neurodivergent either from birth or acquired. There is not an exhaustive list of neurodivergent conditions, but our goal is to be as inclusive as possible.
The neurodivergent “umbrella” includes, but is certainly not limited to: Autism, ADHD, Bipolar, Plurality, cPTSD, Epilepsy, Dysgraphia, Tourettes, TBI, Synesthesia, DID & OSDD, OCD, Anxiety, Dyspraxia, Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Dyscalculia, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders, and more. I ask that within this circle we respect each other and honor everyone’s lived experience. If you have questions or concerns, I encourage you to reach out using the contact link.
The circle is virtual and donation based as you are able. We also welcome those who are unable to monetarily support the circle at this time.
I reserve the right to record the beginning of the meeting where I start with a short talk and/or reading, but the rest of the circle will NOT be recorded. The only replay that will be shared will be my beginning portion of the meeting.
