If we have not yet worked together, I encourage you to write out your grief story beginning from your first experience with your pet, your loved one, or whatever situation you are grieving. Don’t worry about grammar, punctuation, or “getting it right”. This is your grief story; it is already perfect. Go through to the end of this story, wherever that may be. You may email this to me prior to our session. Just reply to the email you’ll receive with the zoom information.
